My adventage

  • Focus on changing people’s habits
  • Strength in project management
  • A 'hands on'  entrepreneurial approach underpinned by solid business expertise

Structured approach:
Any construction without a sound basis is shaky. Yet it is very often, that in starting a new venture, the seemingly obvious elements are skipped to speed up the work. Unfortunately, later they prove to be vital and cause inevitable drawbacks.
I bring to my projects order and a structured approach. Only that way the success odds can be kept high.

KISS methodology:
The simplest solutions are always the best. They are easy to explain, implement and maintain. Yet it is common practise to grow more and more complex rules governing business operations. At some level they bring more damage than good and require a huge administration to maintain.
My guiding principle in management is KISS (keep it simple stupid) methodology.
It allows the management to focus on the most important tasks : growing the business.

Change management:
Challenging tasks are always those which require changing operations to the extend where the human factor gets highly involved. In such circumstances, following proven rules of change management is a must.
All my projects include a change management layer which runs parallel to the main project tasks.

Organizational evolution:
For real effects to be permanent in the organization, change management is often not enough. In a situation when the changes must sink deep into the organization - the process of perception, attitude and dedication of employees shall be addressed as well.
Part of my job is teaching into organization updated roles and attitudes.

Project management:
When deciding for a major shift within a company it is very easy to drift away during the process of change.
For simple and transparent process monitoring I use project management tools, allowing the owner of the business on-line update on the current state of affairs.

Entrepreneurial approach:
In many cases managers who have grown up in large  corporations rely on the existing infrastructure and culture of the organization, what may limit their decisions and actions. One of my greatest strengths is a 'hands on' entrepreneurial approach.
The main rule I observe is the final success of the business, not just one fragment of the operation.

Expertise and experience:
My expertise and experience allow me to work on equal terms with all crucial functional departments of an organization ( top management, finances, marketing, sales, operations, human resources, controlling, IT).
