This form is recommended in situations when the immediate actions are necessary and standard hiring process for permanent position is going to take few months.

senior consulting
Hired by CEO I provide external insight and expertise in demanding situations as well as additional working time the CEO can not afford in day by day situations. It is good to have someone to talk to when the situation requires tough decisions.


coaching
Temporary situations like new product launching, mergers, restructuring require special skills and experience, not every manager had chance to obtain. In such situations I provide assistance as well as bringing new knowledge and experience to the organization.
